“We recently booked a 15-day Umrah package for our parents through Aimah Tours. The package included hotels, three meals a day, visa, insurance, and direct return flights. Alhamdulillah, the whole journey went smoothly and was well taken care of. From flights to hotel transfers, Ziyarat , and inter-city travel, everything was properly arranged. The food was good, and overall the hotel stay was comfortable. There was a small issue on the first day in Makkah, the room wasn’t in the best condition and needed some maintenance. But once we raised it, the team handled it quickly, and after that everything went without any problem. The time spent in Makkah and Madinah was very peaceful and spiritually uplifting. Alhamdulillah, the Umrah was completed beautifully, and it became a truly memorable experience for my parents. A special thanks to Aman Bhai for looking after my parents so well, guiding them at every step, and always being supportive. The whole team did a great job taking care of all the pilgrims.
